THIS WEBSITE PURPORTS TO BE USPS. TRY GOOGLING USPS CHANGE MY ADDRESS AND THEY COME UP. THEY COLLECT INFORMATION FROM YOU AND HAVE ALL ALLUSSIONS TO USPS TO GIVE YOU THE IMPRESSION THEY ARE AFFILLIATED. USPS CHARGES $1 FOR AN ADDRESS CHANGE AND THIS WEBSITE CHARGES $20 (THAT IS 20x THE CHARGE FOR USPS). ONCE I DETECTED THE ERROR (AFTER GOING THROUGH THIS PROCESS ON SUNDAY, SEPT. 8TH, 2013 AROUND 3:45PM), I CALLED TO HAVE THIS CANCELLED AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY HUNG UP ON ME. I TRIED AGAIN...

i was billed $20.00( 2 separate charges of $10.00) for an address change for myself and my son. I went online and googled change of address and their site came up first WITH the USPS logo on it and I thought I was on the official post office site and went ahead and changed my address and was billed the $10.00 apiece. A month ago, I had to change my address the first time I moved(I moved twice in a month), and when I did, I must have gone to the official Post Office site, because they only...

I submitted my information for change of address on the 4th. It said it would have to run my card for $2.95. I authorized that as I know previously when I have changed my address I've had to do the same thing. Today I checked my account and I had 4 unauthorized transactions on my account adding up to roughly $600. The first one that I thought was suspicious was a second charge from change-my-address.com for $19.95, it was then followed by 3 others from other random websites. Don't trust!!!...

I feel taken advantage of by this company. I was in a hurry- I typed in USPS address change and clicked on their link by accident. Big lesson as this is a paid "membership". I should have been more careful, I just saw USPS and assumed it was the real deal. Shame on me- I will be much more careful in the future....

Misled into believing I was changing address with USPS. Completed on line form on Friday evening, 08/30/13. On Sunday morning, 09/01/13 saw a pending charge of $19.95 from change my address.com in Concinnati, Ohio on my credit card account when viewing it online. First notice I had as USPS employee advised fee was only $1. Immediately called company and advised I had no idea form was not completed with USPS which charges $1 for service, demanded refund and advised I did not want their service...

I was changing the address for my deceased mother having her mail forwarded to my home. When I went to google and typed change my address this site pops up, make you believe that you are dealing directly with the United States Post Office! and they say they will charge you $1. Then you get your credit card bill and they charge $19.95, this is to change an address and mail you some lame coupons, just like you get from the post office for free!!!! This is such a scam!!!!...

This company definitely misrepresents themselves as the USPS. Right after I completed the purchase something clicked that I'm pretty sure I shouldn't have had to pay for that service. So I'm definitely going to try to get my money back. It said nothing about the 2.95 by the way so I feel like that's corrupt in itself....

I used this site for a change of address for my husband and myself moving out of state. They have an official USPS seal and advertise the charge on your credit card for $1.00. I would never authorize a ridiculous amount for $19.95 when our post office was a block away. I should have taken the time to go there instead. They charged me $19.95 twice!...

I went online to submit a change of address form through the USPS website. This website advertises to be USPS official website and says that a one time charge of $1.00 will be deducted from a credit card. However, I was charged $19.95 TWICE on 7/8/13 from my debit card. The phone number listing on my bank statement (937)654-9093 immediately goes to a voicemail saying that the mailbox is full. I will be placing a complaint and disputing the charge with my bank's assistance until I receive a full...

I attempted to file a single change of address form online with USPS, which requires a credit card and a charge of $1.00. On 8-21-2013 I found two charges from changemyaddress.com for $19.95 and $2.95. This company misrepresents itself as an official USPS website and makes unauthorized charges on USPS customers' credit cards....
