Veloura

I unfortunately fell for the Veloura scam for free skin product trail and initally paid approximately $5 for postage on 16/8/13. To date I have received no products but on 2/9/13 my account was charged with further £119. When I rang Velora I was given the no. of their insurance co to claim for a refund. I made the international call to insureship and was made to wait for quite a while, only to be informed the claaim can not be processed until I complete a form. I rang Veloura again and I was...

i applied for a trial of veloura cream for £3.49 which i received. they subsequently took £74.95 from my bank account forcing me to cancel my debit card and reorder a new one. after speaking to a staff member in costa rica! they reluctantly agreed to refund 50% which they did. since this incident i have read dozens of complaints against this company - by the way - the cream is rubbish....

The Sellers Of Veloura

I wished to give my partner this magically treatment by taking up the trial offer for an amazing low price of about £7 odd for the Bellagenix liquid and the Veloura cream. But when I read the Terms & Conditions from this company I find that if I dont call them to cancell the product I will automatically get charged the full price for the next jar of cream and every 3 months after that. What a Rip off it's got to be American! I also tried to go back onto the Bellagenix site to see if there...

Velour A Veloura

In June I received an email purporting to have come from the National Theatre in London to me as a Friend of the Theatre. The message said that I had won a prize. On following the link to claim my prize a statement appeared to the effect that the only prize still available was Veloura anti-ageing cream. To claim the prize it was necessary to pay a delivery charge of £3.49 which on June 18 I paid by credit card. A jar of Veloura cream arrived which I gave to my wife telling her that it was my...

I was offered a free trial of Valoura Cream for the cost of postage £3.49 and paid by my debit card. After receiving the small package a few days later the letter inside stated I would be charged the same amount of money for every month following the trial. If wanting to cancell the order I would require an RMA before I would be able to return the trial package. After many attempts at attempting to contact the provided telephone number over many days it was considered a lost cause to be able to...

As many of us it seems, I won a free online cream from veloura, which said I only had to pay the shipping of £3.99. The cream arrived quite a while after and my bank statement showed they had taken the shipping. I have just checked my bank now and they have taken another £74.95, a payement for which I had no knowledge and that I would not have authorised. I had no email from the company, no warning, no invoice. I contacted my bank which will hopefully block any further payement from this...

I ordered a cream from velour a after completing a survey, which said I only paid the shipping of £3.49. The cream arrived quite a while after and my bank statement showed they had taken the shipping. I have just checked my bank now and they have taken another £74.95. I don't know what this is for and certainly haven't knowingly agreed to it. I will cancel my card and tell the bank not to let anymore payments go to this company and try contacting velour a to see what they say about it....

I have been given a free gift after completing a survey only to find out when i receive the cream from Veloura that it was a free trial and they will be charging £64.95 plus £4.95 thereafter from the bank account every month thereafter. This was not stated anywhere in the survey or did i authorised them to take money from my account monthly thereafter. This is a total scam and i have seen from this website that this had happened to many others which is unacceptable and this fraudulent company...
