Shop Essentials billed for over 2 years on my metro style account $27.95. Hundreds of dollars. How can Metro style let this happen? Are they in co-hoots? Looks like it to me. Called & filled a dispute A racket to suck your money off a clothes credit card

Shop Essentials & Metro Style crdit card together in a racket to steal money. NO authorization to bill me or sign me up for anything was given by me. Over 2 yrs of charges unauthorized by me is stealing - rip-off SCAM. metrostyle participated & therefore has responsibilty as well. I want total credit for all shop essentials charges put on my metro style card. I want ALL future 3rd party charges blocked & refused. Customer service was lacking. The have promotion codes for their website. Although the promotion code used was valid and the discount electronically deducted by the website, a subsequent e-mail confirmation noted that the promotion code was not being honored and the the additional charges including what was supposed to be free shipping was also charged. I ordered a White Leather Jacket and a Black Jump Suit which cost incuding Shipping and Handling $157,97 in May of 2011. My checks were cashed on May 15, 2011. I never received the goods but instead received a letter about August without date promising to resolve the matter within 45 - 60 days. I ordered a shirt from Metrostyle back in June, but returned it because it didn't fit. I have never received a refund. After several calls I was told they were in "financial restructuring" and no refunds were going out at the time. News reports stated they were going bankrupt and something about "employees going back to work after a lockout" ??? I purchase an outfit to wear for the 4th of July I never received the purchases when I asked about my order I was told that it was on back order. I called back about two weeks later and was told that the item was out of stock and that I would be refunded back my money and they ask me to wait 30 days. 30 days passed by and I was told that their system was down to wait 45 more days at that point I emailed BBB to file a complaint.
