I received a letter that there "may be something negative on my credit report" from Experian- to find out what this was I was forced to become a member and pay what I thought was a $1.00 fee... I couldn't even find anything negative on my credit report. I now realized that since I didn't cancel within 7 days I was charged 20.00 monthly!! What a scam, and it took 30 minutes and numerous phone calls to cancel & get reimbursed. DO NOT use www.Experian.com! Its s RIP off!...

My credit card statement was charged $17.99 which is ridiculous. The website gives you a 7 day trial period, like most websites. After the 7 day trial period they say they will charge you. Then after you sign up, I literally had to Google how to cancel my account. What you have to do is wait 2 hours on the phone to talk to their 1 or 2 representatives in order to cancel your account. The representatives were extremely friendly and said it happens all the time, but then today I saw the $17.99...

Using Freecreditscore.com and freecreditreport.com, which are both owned by Experian, I was lead to believe that I could get my credit scores for $1.00 but within the last 10 days I have been charged over $66 dollars in "fees" that I "agreed to in the terms". They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people who are trying to fix their credit. TOTAL SCAM!!!!...

I checked my account balance for my checking account and realized that there was a $17.99 charge that i did not authorize. I contacted the company that took the money out of my account. They stated that the charge was from a free credit score site. (freecreditscore.com) Very unhelpful representative that did not want to do anything to help me. I have never been on the site. I did not authorize this charge and they refuse to return it to my card as "membership fees are non refundable" however i...

Using my annual FREE credit report to confirm no negative information because I'm relocating and need to rent. On the Experian site they offer your credit score for $1 with your free report. I go for it, because it's just a buck. But it turns out there was a ton of fine print telling me I was actually signing up for a credit monitoring service for $17.95 per month. Eighteen bucks a months, for what? There was never a clue. Experian has great con game going on here. But the fine print isn't in...

I paid a one time $1.00 fee to check my credit score. The next thing I knew, I had two charges in the amount of 17.95 on my mastercard. One charge was on 3/15 and another on 4/1. I called Experian and they say I signed up for a 7 day membership trail and that I should have called and canceled. I told them I never authorized on a membership. It was a one time 1.00 fee to check my credit score. They are not refunding my money but canceled the membership which I never signed up for to begin with....

I pulled 2 credit reports in November of 2012, which have only 35.00, but you have been taking 17.95 out of both my bank accounts each month. I have tried to stop it with emails and find a number for you and have not been able to talk to anyone....

I am an older woman on a very fixed income. I looked at my bank account and found a charge for a FREE CREDIT REPORT. I called the number that was posted on this and was told there was nothing she could do. After getting very upset because this is money I need to get my medicine was told she would close account and refund my account, but was told it would take 7 to 10 days. Will be watching for the refund and if it doesn't show up on my account will be calling back very soon....

I applied for an apartment and the landlord used this service to receive a $1 credit report. Unsanctioned by me, the company signed me up for an autopay of some kind, charging me $19.99/month for their 'services'. When I called the company to cancel, and get a refund, they told me that I have been viewing the reports so they wouldn't refund me. I didn't know I was getting these reports, and don't know how to access my 'account' so it is impossible that I was logging on to view them. In the end...

I canceled my membership in February 2013 and was charged by Experian freecreditscore.com on three different dates the first was on 03/04/13, 03/05/13 for 7.47 each. After I called today 03/14/13 to make sure they canceled my account they charged me again for 7.47 then they wanted my new credit card number, I refused to give them that information. Talking to the bank to make sure this gets resolved. This is the second time I canceled my account from them in the past month and they just keep...
