Other persons sim card was placed in my phone, causing many problems.

In November 2011 I was at Target talking with the district manager regarding my cell phone. I have been with T-Mobile for more than 8 years. However... there have been ongoing problems. I am a translator/tour guide on the road quite a bit and my phone is very important. Problems with phone; I have been back to Target 4 times, several times in different stores during my over the road jobs. Upon landing in my home town in CA I had absolutely no reception. The phone was fully charged before I went...

Cancellation t-mobile cellula

T-mobile is naturally stealing money! I have switched to Verizon for better reception and canceled my family plan last summer. But T-Mobile continued to charge me for 6 (SIX) month after that. I have called them 4 (FOUR) times. They were doing cancellation with me on the phone EACH time, reassuring that everything is great now. But they have continued to charge my card after that month after month. After the 4th call they have refunded part of my money. But in the form of an AMEX credit card,...

Passed me back and forth between support and stores, lack of customer service, nothing fixed

I have had nothing but problems with my T-mobile Samsung phone since I changed over my service to another company. I have gone out of my way to call or travel to speak to representatives about my problem and they keep swapping me back and forth between the store employees and customer service representatives on the phone to no avail. All I've been asking them to do is flash/jailbreak or unlock my phone so I may delete the old APN. They have even given me the samsung factory reset/unlock code...

Reps Charged Credit Card instead of using PIN from Prepaaid card

Called in a PIN number for Prepaid phone and got charged on Credit card, Two months to get the charge removed from card, another time I had purchased 1000 mins for $100 and got ripped off for Two and one half hours of time. I had saved the receipt so I am very sure of the Expiration date. No more T-Mobile. PlantinumTel has same service and minutes are for 5 cents. not 10 cents and up and up for the smaller amounts you buy at T-Mobile....

T-Mobile 4G Coverage Terrible

I purchased a T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy SIII in July of this year. Whenever I leave their very limited 4G coverage area, the phone does not reliably communicate. It is unable to drop back to GSM or Edge. T-Mobile's coverage is the WORST of any of the major carriers and this makes it all the much worse. Do not fall for their latest unlimited usage plan. It is only useful if you sit in one place with good 4G coverage....

Criminally deceptive, even to a loyal customer Internet

I have been a loyal customer of T-Mobile since 2008. I've experienced minor issues here and there but for the most part, had enjoyed my experience with T-Mobile until this past month. I had a plan with 500 anytime minutes, unlimited text and web but I wanted more minutes since I had been in danger of going over. The customer service representative was nice and said she could give me 1000 minutes for $10 more a month and I agreed to this. She also tried to sell me unlimited data, which I turned...

Lied about 3 & 4 G service in my area . Paying to be on everyone else s WiFi

when I signed for internet on my phone plus 2 other phones , I was told we had 4g here . Well needless to say we have nothing ..99.9% of the time if WI-FI isn't around I can't get on the internet. The straw that broke the camels back was when my internet went down at home and I needed to look Centurylink's number... Guess What? You Guessed I couldn't get on because my internet was down on my home computer . I am in a 2 year Contract with them and I don't think I should have to pay for something...

No refund

Two days ago I went in to activate my phone, pay as you go for a month to month service $87.00. For the last two days I’ve had little or no reception where I use my cell phone 97% of the time. So today I went back to T-mobile store and they said I would have to call customer service at T-Mobile and they would credit back some money. I contacted customer service and they inform me that you get no refund for Month-to-Month service regardless if the signals are not strong where I use the phone. So...

Get less than you paid fo

T-mobile prepaid broadband service: I have been buying prepaid cards which provided 1.5 GIG of data. New cards do not have the same information printed as did the old cards. I found out why. When you call in the automated answering systems tells you you don't need to talk to anyone, just scratch off the strip in back and read the number. I did this. Three days later my service "ran out". When I called to complain, they told me I didn't choose a service and since I didn't choose a service I was...

T-mobile charged for "Premium Services" without my knowledge or consent and won't give full refund.

For a few months I received occasional short text messages from Mobi-spin on my T-mobile phone. I finally checked our bill and saw that we were being charged $19.98 per month for this. We never requested these services and were never told about them. T-mobile responded that it is up to us to check our bill for these charges and up to us to block our account from charges such as these. They could only refund 45 days worth of these charges, a small fraction of the total. T-mobile receives...

Authorized Dealer B2 Wireless Tmobile Adding Additional Pages to Contract after I had Already Signed Up for Service

On 3/6/12, I went into TMobile store #1656 and was helped by sales associate Audrey Hilton. I shared with her that I was interested in a family plan. I asked several times about the type of charges I should expect and asked about any hidden fees. The response I obtained was that there are no hidden fees and that I wouldhave a 2 year service agreement and all I would pay is the plan premiums which is $99.98 for the 1st 2 lines then $15 for the 3rd line and that being new customers I would...

Changed migration fee amount after call to switch plans

Back in February I decided that T-mobile's monthly 4G plan was a much better deal than the 60 dollar a month package I had been paying for (and hardly using any of the minutes they charged me for). I had been on contract with them since July of 2011 and had decided to make the switch when the plan showed up in the plans section on the site with a 120$ migration fee to make the switch. I waiting a month to get the money ready for the switch and for my next bill. When i went to make the switch it...

T-mobile cut off my service 4/2/12, after i paid my bill ON TIME the week before. i refused to pay for $13 for supposed Internet use. when i told the rep i hadn't used it he basically called me a li Internet

I have been a good T-Mobile customer, paying on time almost exclusively for six years. I terminated my internet last summer in order to save $$ and becuase it rarely worked right at home. I also noticed at the time that for a year and a half they had been billing me every single month for "insurance". $4.00 EVERY month. I didn't sign up for this, but i'm sure they slyly put it on the original paperwork which i signed, effectively ripping me off. THEN, i noticed i would occasionally be charged...

Phillip Humm T-Mobile people at the top--the 1%--stink

My family tried to do a good deed and took in a homeless friend of our daughter's: we fed her, gave her a place to stay, and a cell phone. After she betrayed us and stole 500.00 from us, I immediately cancelled the cell service. T-Mobil charged us 200.00 to cancel the contract. My family has been with T-Mobile for about 12 years and never had a late payment. I wrote to the top eight people at T-Mobile ( members of the 1%) and asked for some credit. Instead, I got a pre-written dialog speech...

Transfer old Number to New Phones

My wife and I called T-mobile to upgrade our Phones, and sign a new Contract. We told the representative that we want to keep our old phone numbers, but upgrade our Phones. We had signed up for a two year plan on Feb 22 which included a discount on our new Phones. On Feb 24 we received our new Phones which stated not to use our old Sim cards, and instead use the ones included inside the box. Once we activated the Phones we noticed it gave us new Phone numbers which is something we wanted. Upon...

excessive charges

My recent bill from T-Mobile had a charge for $312.43 (157 minutes) that was for an international phone call that I never talked on. I also checked with the person in Sweden and all he showed was a missed call. In trying to get some resolution with the T-Mobile customer service all I could get for an answer is that the connection was made so it has to be valid and the charges are legitimate. During the time period that the phone call was supposedly connected the person in Sweden shows an SMS...

Why tmobile's customer service has declined

So I have read every report listed on here since I started working for them the beginning of 20404.I've noticed the customer service and number of valid complaints have steadily increased, and I thinker think I can shed sone light on this. When I started with tmobile, it was seriously all about customer service. We would bend over backwards to make the consumer satisfied, and if we couldn't, we were always told to leave them feelingas though we truely cared. We could be ourselves. As time went...
