Golden Locks Training Academy

This company promised me a refund on an at home training course as it was an absolute joke and not worth anything like £100. I received rude emails from Claire rose, eventually promising a refund. The company then closed their website and email address and stopped answering the phone. Do not buy hair extension courses from CLAIRE LUCY ROSE she will do a runner with your cash!!!!!...

The company didn't collect my parcel on the agreed day. I had to re arrange for collection the next day having waited in all day for 2 days they finiaal collected in the evening of the 2nd day. I paid for a next day delivery and 4 days later it still hasn't been delivered. My parcel can no longer be tracked on their website and it is impossible to get in touch with them. I placed an order for an HTC One X on 26th August 2012 at a total cost of £295.24. The item was showing as in stock and ready to be dispatched. At the time of placing this order the company looked perfectly legit, with plenty of positive customer reviews. I arrived at eMag Tech's site after doing a search for the product on Google Shopper. The day after I placed my order, I received an email from an eMag Tech employee - Michael Richards - with bank account details so I could pay for my purchase...

James Rushton

Received an unsolicited mystery shopper letter in the mail with a postal money order for $990.00 with instructions to cash at my bank and then go to western union to wire to another person whose name and address are provided. It states numerous times NOT to tell anyone that you are performing a "Customer Service Evaluation" - which is what lead to a google search of mystery shopper scam and the name 'James Rushton'. This was NOT cashed and no money was lost, but that is in thanks to sites like...

Paid for Galaxy s2 on 13th August. Had a few emails asking me to be patient as my order was in a queue. Since then I have not been able to get hold of them and their web site has closed down. I have now asked my bank to investigate a fraud. They are looking in to it as we speak. A very expensive lesson to learn. Thought it was too good to be true....

Company lost parcel delivered to Spain. Waited a month for them to return item. They originally lost the item, then found it but said we have to pay another fee just for it to be returned to the shop. Also are not able to give us an invoice to pay for parcel to be sent back to us. Very poor customer service. Our customer has been waiting a month and STILL cannot tell them when they will receive package. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY. Quick enough to take your money though! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!...

I enquired if the Apple Iphone would be sim-free on August 31st 2012. A reply came straight away from Michael Richards, confirming that the Apple Iphone 4s in White is brand new, sim free, sealed in its original box, coming from UK stock, unlocked to any network, covered by 1 year full manufacturers warranty and carrying standard accessories in the box. I ordered the Iphone 32GB in white on the 2nd of September 2012 upon which I received an e-mail from Michael Richards confirming the order and...

I wanted to order a Rode NT1A microphone and It was REALLY cheap. I thought it was too good to be true, and went ahead and bought it. I was going to pay with PayPal, then my credit card, and then I noticed the website said I could only pay with western union. The online chat they have doesn't exist.. you press it and nothing happens.. Their phone number is a fake one and no one replies to any emails. It makes it seem as if your order is processing as when you check your confirmation it says...

LIke the previous report - their pricing on the google shopping site - seemed too good. It was about 1/2 price. Tried them and got the same runaround on the order - have to pay only by money transfer, even though their website is emblazoned with every conceivable payment service. Shipping from china (or UK - god knows) was only 50 cents on a 3 pount item - yea right? Anyway - avoid them like the plague that they are. Why they pick the UK as a domain, while they host the server in the US, who...

It looks like this company is a scam. So I placed an order online 10 days ago and I have not been able to get a hold of anybody over there. I called them and is a google voice that nobody answer. I left a voice mail. I email all the contact emails of that website. I tried to get the Online chat help that they have on their website (http://camover.co.uk/) but that doesn't work. I basically tried all possible way of contact them and no luck. No answer. So that is one reason why I think is a scam....

Parcel2go

I had responded to an ad on Craiglist for white Iphone 4S for $450. I got a reply from Lindsey Manilow that she moved to Canada and she found a companey Parcel2go can help us with that transaction. They are trustworthy and asked me to check the site. I did not find any thing wrong and I told her to go ahead and I agree with the deal. Deal was that she would hand the cell phone to Parcel2go and they will send the invoice to me. So they requested me to go to Western Union and fill out a green...
