I signed up for Comcast Cable, Internet and Telephone four days ago. First Comcast Installed used equipment that does not support the highest resloution TV's I have (no HDMI connection). Numerous and continuos phone calls were made and discussed with representatives that out tv service was not working properly. Digital pixcilating. could not watch programing without picture freezing. We called company every month for almost 1 year. Unfortunately we were speaking to representatives in offices on the other sid of the country and once in Mexico. We continue to pay for inadequate cable service upwards of $200.00 monthly, and they have made NO attempt to help us with this problem....

Our firms moved location from litterally around the corner from our previous office. The move was on the first of July, as of today we are still dead in the water and Comcast has offered nothing as far as a solution. We pay for the business class service and receive nothing but excuses and scheduled onsite visits which mysteriously get cancelled. Since May of 2013 I have had problems with Comcast Phone services. Lost calls and could not remove unwanted phone messages. I call several times into Comcast and was switch over to tech.support. On May 27th 2013 I notified comcast that I was not recieveing a signal in three bedrooms. They sent out a tech on Saturday June 8th. Every month I pay my bill via my bank’s online bill pay system 15 days in advance of it being due. My bank sends payments on the 1st of every month. My bill is due on the 15th of every month. However, Comcast deliberately holds on to my checks until after the due date then charges me bogus late fees. This has been going on now for about a year.
