I recieved the two bottles, but the same day my MasterCard was charged with two sums: $115 and $ 110, charged by someone called youthfulskin. There was no ref to terms and conditions, but it seems unless the sample was returned - and there was no return address- a charge would be made of $89.95, PER MONTH thereafter. In December 2012 in response to an Advertise ment in the "Daily Mail" online I sent this firm my Visa Card number. It was for a payment of $3.95, for the shipment of a free sample of their anti-ageing cream. It turned out later that they withdrew from my Norwegian bank, $760 for this free sample. I was away from home at a series of seminars and when I returned my bank balance shows that they have without my knowledge or permisdsion send further jars of this product and withdrawn $760 each time....

3 dage efter at have bestilt 2 prøvepakker a 29 kr. som jeg betalte med mit visa kort, opsagde jeg mit abonnement pr mail, da jeg ikke kunne komme igen pr telefon. 1 måned efter hævede de 670 kr og 599 kr på min konto og dagen efter fik jeg en mail om at de havde sendt en yderligere levering af produkterne, som jeg havde afbestilt. I contacted my bank, who put a block on my card, but 2 small payments have been taken out within 3 days. I am a pensioner and am worried that more will be taken out, that I cannot possibly afford. The bank cannot do anything but advise me to phone them. The phone number is also a scam. I feel helpless and am worried sick about this....

I called the companies telephone line with my order numbers and email address but the lady I spoke to said they had no record of my details and she would email her superiors to advise I did not want to pay for any of their products or receive any. Jag skulle prova er produkt under 30 dagar och därefter bestämma om jag ville fortsätta. Efter 16 dagar drogs det 760kr samt 686 kr från mitt konto som jag absolut inte har godkänt. Dessutom fick jag inte provet av den ena varan. Jag har inte heller fått några varor skickade som ni dragit pengar för. Nu kräver jag att ni sätter in mina pengar igen!! I did received trial order with 1 bottle of Beaudify cream & 1 bottle of serum - in the middle of February 2013. BUT this company is already did took payment (2013-02-25) for next delivery 686 SEK for cream & 760 SEK for serum - BUT DID NOT deliver any products. I did not confirm any further order AND according to agreement customer has to replay within 30 days... SO they are taking money for AIR!!! Further complain is FACEBOOK who is still placing their adds on facebook even thou...
