Satellite Improperly Installed

According to FCC restrictions example supply to me by my manager at my apartments the satellite was improperly installed and was going to be removed Monday Aug 8th 2011. Ordered DTV last year when they had a "special offer" I had had DTV years ago when Verizon and DTV has a combined offer. After closing and canceling our DirecTV service in July, we were sent a box by FedEx Ground which contained a prepaid USPS return label. Our DirecTV equipment was carefully packed and dropped off in July at our local post office and returned using DirecTV's USPS return label. I simply suggest you carefully compare your options before you subscribe to DirecTV AND EVEN AFTER. They pay more attention to "customer service" by phone than by service on-site. Their well-trained phone reps obscure the high prices and often subpar service. Don't be lulled into complacency. Why does DirecTV have an "F" rating with the BBB? Go to BBB.org and search DirecTV of El Segundo, CA and you can see the failure report for DirecTV for yourself! March 8, 2010 Direct TV did an authorized EFT from by bank in the amount of $489.65. My wife happened to call the bank that day wanting to know what checks had come in. When the bank told her that Direct TV had transfered money, she told the bank that we pay by check each month and that our monthy bill was about $94.00 a month.
