Transfer Smart located in California took $5,000 from me in February, 2012 for two timeshare to be taken out of my name. The timeshare location is Oceancliff, Newport, RI. I have contacted Transfer Smart repeatedly, as well as, Property Relief, Sevierville, TN, as they are "supposedly doing the title transfers". To date, they have done nothing, and a lawyer representing Oceancliff has sent me a letter requesting the maintenance fees, as well as penalities, or they will take me to court. I am 75...

I had a case like Ken's . I talked to man named Mich Kenny and the moment he had my card number the money was transferred. I tried to cancel the agreement through a man named Lewis Martinez (Director of transfers for Right Choice Transfers. He refused to return my money. I have a message for Ken. Right Choice Transfe

After watching a webinar I was contacted by Andrew Alverez who informed me for $1,995.oo they would take my timeshare, pay my maintanence fee for 2013 and transfer my timeshare out of my name. From my investigation I found it almost impossible to rid myself of this timeshare so was duped into believing that they could do this. Mr. Alverez said they were selling them to a vacation club. On 7/29/12 my husband and I attended a seminar on "Getting rid of Unwanted Timeshares" at the end of the seminar we signed an agreement for the company to handle our transaction. It is stated on the contract we had 3 days to changte our mind and cancel the terms of the contract.
