Well, try this on for size. Ordered online 2/13/12 from GoFlorist.com because they GUARANTEED same day delivery, flowers needed 2/14/12. Ordering flowers for a funeral, you don't get a week's notice on those things. I wrote down in the special instructions the day, date and time of the funeral. I ordered the premium RED ROSES for Valentines Day for $127.00 but NOT one rose in the nasty little vase.

I ordered the "premium" flower arrangement of red roses for $127.00 to be delivered on Valentines Day but the florist delivered some junkyard vase with not one single rose mixed in with weeds they sent. I have contacted the company and they will not tell me what florist scammed me. I suggest this company be avoided-they refuse to respond to problems and act like stealing money is the normal course of business....

In an effort to be a good husband on Valentines day,(and to keep from forgetting) ordered roses for the wife. Received confirmation E-mail all seemed well.Later that night ,received phone call stating C.C. declined, when asked,agent stated "holiday price increase not listed on web-site in excess of $30.00. Wrote E-mail of complaint ignored completely.They attempted to run C.C. @ excess price several times. Do yourself a favor... use local florist if possible!! Happy Valentine's Day...

I Order some flowers to be deliver before mothers day at Puerto Rico. the money was taken away out my acct. i notice there was no confirmation of a email i called to see why they never send me a confirmation by email. they said withing 2 hours i did waited and nothing yet. i waited until the next day for the flowers to be delivered and nothing. until this day on Monday 13, 2013 nothing ..no call no delivery. i need to claim my refund. how sad and such embarrassment and how people can get away...

He ordered them through the company, who then contracted out TeleFlora for the arrangement. Teleflora, then contracted out a local florist for the arrangement. My husband and I celebrated our 10th Anniversary on Friday, my husband told me he had ordered flowers for me to receive, which unfortunatley I didn't get.
