I've been here a couple months. At first we were told there was great pay and unlimited overtime. Well since I've been here that hasnt been anything. All day all the " managers" do is go from office to office laughing having private meetings. I'm currently looking for another job because this place is the pits.I wish I could get paid to sit and laugh and eat all day instead of getting yelled at by customers. Everything I was told prior to leaving the staffing agency is a lie. Everyone is...

Newsmax (Nmx*Franklin Prosperity)

Purchased NAVY Seal cap from Newsmax site that came with trial offer from NMX*Prosperity. Watch what you buy from Newsmax website, or if you buy, carefully read offers and make sure you don't sign up for any subscription. Luckily I discovered the cc charge right away and was able to block my card the same night. Next day I called NMX*FRANKLIN PROSPERITY to refund the money back to me....

News Max Media, Inc.
Financial Intelligence Report Unauthorized, Fraudulent Withdrawal

News Max Media, in my experience with them, has a history of forcing their subscription services on people. In May 2012, in reviewing my checking account, I find News Max Media has submitted for $99.00 fee for Financial Intelligence Report. This is predatory criminal behavior and they stole my money not knowing that I did not live at the last address they had on record. I called them and reported my complaint, but this is June and I am still waiting for the return of my money! I followed up...

NewsMax Media
Newsmax Media ripped me off by charging me for a Franklin Prosperity Report newsletter I explicitly said NO to.

Same rip off as other users of usaconsumercomplaints.com have written: In my case, I signed up for the 'free' book Aftershock by just paying postage....but was then billed for the Franklin Prosperity Report which I explicitly DECLINED. Called them several times to try and get an explanation and there is no answer. Just voice mail. If this happens to you, notify your credit card company immediately and tell them it's an unauthorised charge and they will stop all payments. NewsMax's business...

Rip Off by Charging you for subscriptions that are cancelled

NewsMax Media Inc. This company offers a book called "After Shock" for $4.99 and then sets you up for 4 newsletters for "free" and if you don't like them you can cancel. I received them via email and they were pretty much common sense and worthless to the common investor. I cancelled via email and received a case number. 24 days later they charged my card $99.00. When I called them they said basically "tough luck" we don't give refunds and I called my credit card company to dispute the charge....

I saw an offer on the internet for free books regarding money and investing. The catch was that after so many days Newsmax would send out several magazine subscriptions and would charge for them. I canceled the subscriptions because I didn't want them. Recently I have been receiving information from Franklin Prosperity and today noticed that there was a Franklin Prosperity Fund debit to my checking account for this report. I am pissed because they charged me for this AFTER I cancelled these...

Franklin Prosperity Ordered book from Newsmax on CNN. Did not order newsletters from Franklin Prosperity. Franklin took $49.00 out of my account with no authorization. Had to close the account.

I ordered a book "Aftershock" from NewsMax on CNN. I unchecked the box which asked if I wanted to order newsletters. The newsletters started coming anyway, spamming my mail box. NewsMax Emails me, so I Emailed them back telling them to stop spamming me with newsletters I did not order. I told them I was not going to pay for the newsletters, as I did not order them. I got no response. On October 13, Franklin Prosperity (which must be a NewsMax subsidiary or associate) because they were one of...
