Ordered DTV last year when they had a "special offer" I had had DTV years ago when Verizon and DTV has a combined offer. I had no problem with them at that time and only switched because FIOS came into my area. When I signed up, I got the Whole Home DVR. I cancelled direct tv services in May 2013 when they wanted me to pay them another payment before my payment was due. I asked for boxes to return their equipment twice..still haven't received those boxes. I have called the twice to resolve this matter but still no resolution. One of the representative got mad when i asked to speak to her supervisor ans transferred me around the country. I shouldn't have to pay for services I cancelled. Give me my money back and stop taking unauthorized payments...

Since May 2013 I have been having trouble with my TV signal. According DirecTV it was due to the dish antenna. The first service person in May did not even look at the antenna. The third person I dealt with had me purchase a new remote for $15.00. Then on Sunday, July 7th a service tech spent an hour supposedly working on the antenna and swore up and down it was the somewhat thin branches of a tree blocking the signal. Then I spoke to AT&T to change service from Insight to AT&T. They offered promotional free telephone along with several other items. She said to sign up on this day that the total charge would be for $21.37, explained to her that I would have to wait until payday on 05/24/13 and call back. Directv debited $704 for their boxes after I cancelled their service. I never authorized this debit and this caused problems with my checking account. I ended up being charged $250 in bank fees because of this debit. I was never notified of this charge against myaccount from directv. I believe their business practices are unethical.
