I placed an order for yarn from this company after Christmas. I rec'd this message on March 11: "Your check is being processed and should go out by the end of the week. I apologize for the delay. We are closing our business, but we are honoring all refunds and at this time the only way we have to refund is by check. You refund check will be from A-C Wholesale, LLC." I was told on March 19, March 29, and April 10, that a check would be forthcoming and that they were having "computer problems."...

I ordered my items in December on the 7th, 2012. I waited two months then sent in a complaint to the company. I was told that they were waiting on some items to come in. So I said okay wait a little bit. Then I sent an email again in February asking where my order was and they said that they couldn't obtain some of the items and would reimburse me for the whole order. And that the check would take two to three weeks. It's been longer than that still no money back and they took my money and ran....

BenFranklin.com (Steve Greenberg & Brian Keane) hired me to do social media in August 2012 to Nov 2012. I have yet to receive payment for services completed. Partial payment was sent in the wrong name. Upon calling owner Michael Greenberg to point out the mistake, he said a new check would be over nighted. I have yet to receive replacement or any payment. I have sent several texts, emails and also had my attorney send a collection letter....

I placed an order with Ben Franklin on 11/24/12. The total was for 109.00; I paid by credit card. I got an order confirmation, but all future contact was because I was checking on status. I was told numerous times that "it might ship this week". Finally, this last Thursday (in response to my most recent inquiry) they admitted they will not be able to fill my order and were sending me a CHECK in the next 10 days. I only hope the check clears (if I ever get it)....

I ordered keyplates for a USM knitting machine. It is absolutely ridiculous that I put in an order almost TWO MONTHS AGO and still have received NOTHING. Despite several attempts to get information or action of any kind, ive been ignored. No refund, no item, nothing...STILL. I ordered from the benfranklin site thinking I'd be safe. I chose their store because it was cheapest. I guess you get what you pay for, we'll, in my case I guess you don't! Ive filed a complaint with the better business...

I placed an order on 11/30/12 for grapevine wreaths at which time they charged my card $35.13 for the order. I sent several emails and made several phone attemps but no one would return my calls. I got an email saying that they were sorry no one had notified me that they were having problems getting the product from the vendor and they said that they could cancel my order and issue me a refund. To date, I still have not received my refund and they have had my money since 11/30/12....

I placed an order online with this company. I received an order confirmation but never any shipping confirmation. As of today, one month later, I have not received the item. I emailed customer service twice and my emails were returned as undeliverable. I called twice and had to leave a message both times. Neither message was returned. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company....

Ordered yarn that was hard to find. Didn't get yarn for about 2 weeks, emailed them. They said they were closed for Thanksgiving and they need to contact Red Heart. Have been in contact for about 4 rounds, they keep telling me they should expect shipment. Haven't received anything. Called and told to leave message. I have also waited on an order since 11/16 that was immediately charged. Each of my email replies were that the order has not been processed yet. I have not tried to cancel yet, but will probably do so in the next day or so, and plan on contacting my credit card company if benfranklin.com is unresponsive....
