Waiting since NOVEMBER!!

I had ordered a pair of boots on November 25th 2012. The money was taken out immediately. The website guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Christmas came and went and I didn't hear anything. I order my boots 11/28 they charged my account 11/29. I assumed the package was on its way. On 12/19 I had not received it, so I emailed them. They reassured me it was coming:-) . I ordered a pair of UGG boots on 11/30/12 for christmas. They guaranteed it to be delivered by Dec 21. They guaranteed a full refund and a credit if the boots were not shipped by this date. I ordered a Mid 7" Google Android touch tablet and when it arrived and I opened it, there were a couple of scratches and dings in it. I ordered a bra off of nomore racks on 7/15/2012. They provide a tracking number which gives no infor. at any time. They are not the shipper of the products.
