Don't use their Deal of the Day ! - Erickson Floral

I ordered a CHRISTMAS order to be delive3red on 12/23 and said on the order I wanted a CHRISTMAS bouquet. I ordered the 50 dollar Deal of the Day, for CHRISTMAS. My relative got some weird green flowers that had NOTHING to do with CHRISTMAS. I will never use them again. They were delivered through Erickson Floral in Astoria, Oregon. They obviously did not read the order. I also stayed on Live Chat for half hour, they were NO HELP at all....

Flowers didn't arrive, miserable customer service - Floral Arrangement

My son ordered flowers for his girlfriend to be delivered on Christmas eve. He paid extra to ensure delivery since we knew it would be a busy delivery day. The flowers hadn't arrived mid afternoon so we called and were told by the customer service rep that the flowers were "on the truck" and would be delivered. I ordered flowers for my mother in law and there was no "review" button or "confirm and pay"so after giving payment info I saw that the flowers were being sent here instead of to her house.I called their customer service # and was on hold for 23 minutes and then they HUNG UP instead of answering.I was livid.There was no place to cancel the order.I had to stop payment because I could not cancel.I will NEVER use Teleflora again and I will tell Everyone I know to NOT use them...

Teleflora no mother's day flowers

I usually always order flowers for my mom for her bday and mother's day (aka twice a year) from Teleflora . I have used other floral delivery companies but didn't like how they knocked once and left the flowers on the porch or how the arrangement didn't look decent enough. I schedule those deliveries on Tuesday which is her only weekday off or if her bday is during the week, I'll schedule it for whatever day it is since she takes off. Relative just out of hospital and I chose this company b/c of the classy website. They promise same day delivery. Flowers not delivered, but you'd never know it b/c they don't call to tell you. When I do call, the next day, after being on the phone for 15ms, they promise deliver THAT day. Never happened. Christmas Treasure . I placed an order on the 12/19/12 for a Basket to be sent to my mother along with box 0of chocolates. It is 12/27/12, and has never been delivered. Ordered a birthday arrangement for my in-laws. To say it was sub-par would be a gross understatement. I have wasted so much time trying to give this outfit the benefit of the doubt, but I don't have any more time to waste. Cheap, incorrect flowers when I paid so much money for a nice bouquet...

Paid over $70 for a fashionista bouquet and when the flowers arrived, it looked like leftovers from a run-down hospital flower shop. I would pay more than $15 for the flowers I received.
