I went into the Sephora at Memorial City Mall in Houston, TX for an express eye makeup service on a Friday when they definitely weren't busy. Right away I didn't feel welcomed. Sephora & Sephora JC Penny's are not interchangeable. You can use a Sephora gift card at Penny's but not the other way around. This was a gift and the disappointment for my daughter was heart breaking. Talking to the manager at Geneva commons was no help and the 800 customer service line at Sephora is a joke. First online order - wrong item shipped

Just placed my first online order with Sephora on 10/14/13. Very disappointed :( I spent over $500 and was shipped the Tria Acne Blue Light instead of the Tria Hair Removal Laser I originally ordered. The Blue Light is at least $100 less than the Laser plus I had selected an online only color. I've been told I can exchange it at my local Tysons store but it won't be the color I wanted. Color isn't a big deal honestly but when I spend that much I definitely expect more precision and convenience....

My husband bought me a Dior midnight poison elixir for christmas 2012. January 2013 I started to use it. In july the spray stopped working.
