Worst service and no satisfaction

I sent my phone back to Samsung for repairs. They then lost it. In December 2013 they promised to send me a new phone in January 2014 as a replacement but when I called them in January they shifted the blame to DPD, stating that I must take up the case with them, claiming that it was DPD who had lost it.
