i took my girl-friend there 1st. for her. waitor was rude. we were there 11.30 a.m. the coffee was'nt brewed,, rolls were still in the oven, i got after our lunch was over. 2 tiny little biskits. no butter. he never returned to check on us, offer a drink refill,, he was in ahurry to wait on another table. we did'nt want any thing to eat before our lunch. his attitude changed. we never saw him again,, till check time. no waters,, never got that either. i will never recommend r/t to any one...

My Boyfriend and I took his Mom out for her Birthday dinner. I ordered the Cajun fried shrimp. It was very greasy and wasnothing but a bunch of spicy popcorn shrimp. I did not finish it nor did my Bf who is a Shrimp lover. We had to take his 85 yr old mom home so we did not tell the employees about how bad the Shrimp was. Visited a1a Bellair Plaza Ruby Tuesday today at 1.00 pm. Had the worse service at the bar. The bartender was battered with a black eye, an not to her ability. Order lunch an that was over charged due to a 2.00 miss take. Had 6 beers ordered 3 more never charged. Order a glass ice got a glass of water. I was on a date and my meal was completely wrong! I ordered the pasta and shrimp and got a "shrimp salad" which I didn't even know was on the menu. Regarding the Ruby Tuesday restaurant at 65 Son-Lan Parkway Garner, NC 27529 My husband and I have often enjoyed meals in the past at Ruby Tuesday when traveling to Florida. Recently we noticed a location close to our residence that had a sign in the window advertising "complimentary salad bar". We had reserved a table for five. When we arrived they had no table reserved.This is the second time this has happen to us. As soon as you walk in the place smelled bad.
