Misled And Mistreated

I booked a cabana at MGM hotel in Las Vegas through Orbitz. Upon arrival, I was sent to a standard room on the 15th floor. I advised MGM management that I purchased a cabana through Orbitz. MGM's records showed that Orbitz booked me the standard room. I called Orbitz customer service. I was told that MGM was to blame, not Orbitz. Incompetent and Totally Un-invested Cust. Service !

After receiving an email alert from Orbitz that a flight I had booked with them had been cancelled (4 hours before departure), I tried to reach their customer service dept. to find a solution and book me on another flight (The cancelled flight was the short leg of a 2-leg intercontinental trip).
