I bought a large order of computer parts to build my computer over a month ago and one of the parts was lost during shipping. I filed a claim with them and it has still been over a month and counting since I filed the claim and I have called them multiple times and they tell me they lie to me and tell me they will get it done. The customer service experience is awful, they just have a death grip on anything they charge you for and you have to fight tooth and nail to get any kind of refund back...

You're servers are AWFUL

I'm trying to cancel an order. the first thing that happened is that I was sent to a page saying "the server is undergoing maintenence" so my order will not be canceled. NEWEGG "NO WAIT REBATE" takes way too long - Rebates on computer parts

On NEWEGG%u2019S website the Power Supply I purchased had/has a $30.00 mail-in Rebate. Their webpage stated that the Rebate would take 8-10 weeks to receive (an EXTREMELY LONG TIME to wait) but if you paid a $3.00 Fee, 10% of your Rebate, you would receive "the No Wait Rebate". I purchased an Acer laptop form this company. 4 days after purchasing it, it went on sale and I requested a price match. Shipping wost than snail mail

OMG i ordered a package from on saturday. It started in Tennesee and it takes 6 days to make it its way to Va. Not only can i not pick it up at a fedex location its actually being delivered by the Postal Service.
