Unbelievable way to do business!!!

It has to say something about a company when there are this many compalints about a company regarding similar situations. This bank has no business ethics. They charge overdraft fees for pending transactions. Not only that but apparently they go by what they see in their system and not what my online bank says. The money in my account is mine until the merchant claims it. That means if it takes 3 days for Target to claim their money, then I have not overdrafted unless that money is not there...

I hate this bank. They sucked me in with great customer service, then once signed up they cant help you. Im a single mom of 5 from a divorce all one dad before anyone says anything stupid. I am hurting financially and my account stays negative. Ive paid more in overdrafts than i could want to borrow, and now that its the holidays i need 500 for christmas and no one can help its crappy i pay what i should and they "pride themselves in helping the community" yet were dicks when i went in....

Greetings, I tried to submit a question at the 1stnb.com online, but there wasn't an email address available. I went to one store, then had to go to another store because I couldn't believe it the first time. No one there knew how to do online banking!?! That's what I was told. Bunch of thieves!!!!

Yesterday I went and to deposit 110$ into my account, and my receipt shows I only deposited 100$, but I physically handed her five 20's, and one 10 dollar bill. I didn't catch this mistake till now and of course it's the teller's word against mine. Don't bank with these people they will still your money. They stole 10$ from me. Wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone

I deposited 500$ on friday, but realized I didn't have enough so went back and deposited a little more, and I asked the lady that deposited my money if it was good to use. Of course she said yes. So I called my finance company and made a payment on my truck. Come to find out, the second time I deposited money, it never went in until the next day so I had an overdraft fee plus the amount I was short before the second deposit. Best Bank Ever! - FEES LOANS CREDIT CARDS OVERDRAFT

All I see is a lot of whining and complaining about fees. Solution: Grow up and take care of your financial matters. Fees are NOT charged to those of us who do not bounce checks, withdraw funds that you do not have, etc. If you don't have the money ... DON'T spend the money. My daughter just moved to Texas from Missouri and can't change her bank account until some auto debits go through so she was using their ATM machine to get $200 out of her account.(He disability check had just gone in there so we know the money was there)The machine did not give her the money. I have three small auto payments which come out of my bank account, one payday the company I work for did not receive my time card from supervisor and I wasn't paid. I let the bank know the problem and paycheck would be coming in less then a week. I spent no money other the the three small amounts of auto drafts, until check got to bank. First National bank of Texas Overinflated fees cripple accountholder into submission!

First Convenience bank charged over 160$ on my husband's account, and it continues to accrue 20$ a day for each day not paid, because they decided to post the transactions BEFORE they posted the deposit, even though the deposit occured FIRST.(4 overdraft fees! I like this bank - there are some growing pains.

This 111 year old bank is apperently having some growing pains. I had one incident when my debit card was not cancelled although I had reported lost. Some charges came through and before it was over, overdraft fees added up to $200.00 . I called in a claim and that department was rude as most dectives can be.
