Digital Adapter BooBoos - Cablecard/Tuning Adapte

Just installed the "free" digital adapter for my cable subscription. What a crock. -Presto: no interactive cable Guide. How do you schedule anything without a Guide? paying for item that was never recieved

I ordered an item from brighthouse a week agoand was told to wait until the Thursday , so I did . when I came to collect the item the manager told us that there was a problem and we had to wait until the Monday. again we did. then when it was time to collect the item .. we had the same excuse and had to wait the Thursday . No Show Installation, Cancelled Tech Calls - CABLE, INTERNET AND HOME PHONE BUNDLE

Built a house and the neighborhood had Brighthouse as the cable and internet provider. I scheduled a noon - 2pm installation on a Saturday for which nobody showed up. I called customer service about the issue twice and they said they'd get back to me asap. (No one ever called back). On my 3rd attempt, the automated messaging system now told me my install was between 2-4pm. SPoke to another Customer Service Rep who confirmed the time change. 4pm comes and goes and still no one from the company....

great sales guy, idiot installer - BrightHouse internet

We decided to get internet and home phone through brighthouse . The salesman was super nice and explained everything, however the next day when the installer came to hook it up.it was a different story. For one, he smelled like an ashtray. My kids even complained that the living area smelled like a cigarette. He then told me i wasnt getting wifi, which is the whole reason i was getting internet to begin with. Above average cable tv service - Bright House

I have been a Bright House Central Florida customer for a year now. I switched from Dish Network, which I loved, but was tired of having my signal go out every time it rained, plus the endless contract disputes and channels being removed. The pros: 1) Bright House in Central Florida carries all but one channel I like, which is great. 2) Almost every channel I watch is in HD, which is also great. Brighthouse TV unfair practices - BrightHouse Network

To start with the boxes are horrible. The channels keep freezing and the box turns off on its own. Searching is almost impossible because its so slow. I can press the buttons 100 times and nothing will happen. The DVR doesn't record all the shows and when it does, half the show would be missing or it will record an entirely different show. Cancelled service call

Very disappointed in their service. While I was on the phone, the technician called and because I couldn't switch over (I was on a business call) the technician cancelled the service call. The technician left no message asking me to call back or the call would be cancelled or left a message to indicate the call was cancelled. 4 cable boxes in 6 months

In the past 6 months, I continue to get a cable box that does not work after a month or two. This is my 4th box that I have received. The box will stop recording or it will record only one show and not the other. My favorite is when I have a scheduled recording and it does not record at all. It does this sporatically so there's no way to plan for it. I just scheduled to get my box replaced and of course, they had to reschedule my appointment last minute. This is it. Terrible service. I think they flag the customers for calling too many times and then place them on hold indefinitely until they just hang up. The more you call, the more you get placed on hold. Time to find another cable/internet provider after all these years. Not sure what happened to this company, they've gone downhill....

Forcing us to use APPLE - BHN TV APP

as a dedicated apple hater, your perverse insistence that we buy APPLE devices or some worthless Droid fone to watch tv APP, only validates all the negativity we ALL feel towards Apple and BHN. Why should we buy APPLE who charge about 3 times as much for what I have yet to figure out. ITUNEs is one of the most annoying and obtrusive programs ever known. ight house missing equipment - Cable box

we moved and transferred our cable service. Simple. Same package, new house. Equipment was delivered by Keith from Knight Enterprising ( Contracted out for Brighthouse ?) . Picked up the previous owners (my family) equipment, but either was not noted on the work order or never returned the equipment back to inventory, and now the equipment is being charge as "missing" and due $150.00 fee for being lost. On demand is never current with episodes - BrightHouse Network

I really don't understand why demand is even on? Nothing is current and they show the same episodes again and again. Movies, series shows, and more need updating. Give the people what they really want and just listen to them. It is sad to know that the Red Box is out preforming you Brighthouse ! Rip off

I normally do not complain unless something is so horrible that I simply cannot stand the service I received. The people who came into my apartment to set up my internet were really nice. However, when it came down to the actual service that Brighthouse supplies, it was absolutely atrocious. Just this last month, i'm paying 60 bucks for less than 10 Mbps. That's utterly ridiculous. Worse cable I've ever had (lived all over the country and used dozens of competitors) - Brighthouse

Paying for business class internet and get cut off 2-3 times a day and not as fast as competitors basic services. Their picture quality on a top of the line TV looks like a compressed gif sequence. I've had the DVR replaced 4-5 times a year and always the same issues keep coming back (shows don't record, records shows I never set up to record, DVR freezes or becomes unresponsive, resets every single night at 2am (I am a night owl) an no way around this) Channels I pay for constantly come up...

Never showed up for appointment

I AM BEYOND LIVID DUE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM BRIGHT HOUSE! I cancelled my service and set up an appointment for them to come and pick up their equipment. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.
