I bought an ASUS notebook from Best Buy and the battery would not charge. I took it back to Best Buy in El Cajon California and was informed that the exchange period was a few days past. My son bought an iTouch at their Lakeland, FL store with service agreement. He dropped by accident on Sunday but could not go to Best Buy because he was working. First thing Monday morning he was there but they would not honor his agreement. Talked to a manager and Store General Manager and corporate and tried contacting District Manager. I recently bought a laptop at Best Buy, with it came a 6 month subscription to an Anti-virus software for "free" - yeah right. Well, I didn't want it, but it came with it, and when I made my purchase the salesmen only mentioned the free trial. I am now seeking both criminal charges as well as compensation. They bullied and blackmailed me until I called the Police, then they humiliated me too. Went to Best Buy to have a Sirius Radio installed in my car. They cheated me on the value of my InstallCard. I had them do a advance install for $79.99. They only gave me credit for $55.00. They said that was alll they would get from InstallCard for the job. Plus they charged be for extra parts that were covered under the advance InstallCard. They could have cared less about making me happy or adjusting the price te the correct amount. Needless to say I will Never enter a Best Buy again....

I have a canon SD700 pretty old right. Well the problem was with the lens. It did not retract this was my third repair. Best buy decided to state that they are not going to repair it but I had to pay for it to get it repair. Since it's their policy after three repairs the product gets replace.
