Don't Send Gifts

I got a gift and needed to cancel it because the merchant would not respond to my request for reservations. LS won't let me cancel the gift myself and insists I tell the person that gifted me to cancel it. Embarrassing all around. I don't get a gift, the giver feels bad and the merchant is off the hook. Don't use LS for gifts....

ZeroWhite teeth whitening

ZeroWhite seem to make it their business to avoid speaking personally to their customers. They have a truly awful online booking service - and very limited if no appointments in any branches in London. If you call their 0845 number they do not answer - on each occasion I waited for over 15minutes before giving up. I tried to make appointments using their 'contact page' - this didnt help either. Purchased a Living Social voucher for this "property" and planned to take my mother for a surprise trip for her birthday. Cannot get a massage appointment for 7 weeks and phony discount price

Book 2 massages as soon as the deal came online (within minutes) - one as a XMAS gift - which I wanted to use in the next 10 days but when I try to make an appointMent I find all massages are booked until February 13. I paid for a hour long massage beginning at 11am. However, on my way to the location which is an hour away from my residence, there was a severe accident on I85 which caused me to be late. I bought 2 chiropractic evaluations and massages a few months ago. I called the office several times to make an appt and no one has called me back. They answered once and said that their computers were down and they would call be back the next day and they did not. I requested a refund and LS said that they could not honor my refund. Unfair, misleading deal to Hotel in Little Rock

Purchased a deal to a hotel in LR planning to visit in February. Called hotel several times and rooms not available...hotel employee sounded disgusted when I called. Have tried unsucessfully to reach Living Social and unable to either by email or phone. Did receive a case number and email stating I would be reached within 48 hours (that was 7 days ago). Misleading and No-Refund Living Social/Hy-Line Cruise

I checked the fine print and deal was from the current date til Oct. 2012 to use the voucher. I purchased the tix for 2 vouchers for RT to Martha's Vineyard for a bike ride on June 2nd. Turns out the Hy-line cruise is for the slow ferry and only has one returning trip time of 3:45 from MV. What is the point in going for 3 hours? After June 6th schedule changes. Poor Links & Service

Using the link to your website I see no "my Vouchers" tab. Once I "unsubscribed" I saw right away but what's the point if I get get into the website. The reset password option is not replying. I have to cancel my arrangement for tonight as I have no voucher = I am very VERY frustrated at this. When I purchased the voucher early in the year I knew I would be using it this weekend. An ad popped up from Living Social that claimed "Save on The best Fish & Chips in High Point." I love fish and chips but I knew of no place in this town that sold them, so I assumed it was a new restaurant. What a hassle! I constantly receive emails from Living Social and decided to unsubscribe, but unlike other email senders which have an unsubscribe button at the bottom of their emails, Living Social requires a person to first open an account with them! I bought a coupon for two nights in a "Really Nice Room" at "The Groveland Hotel at Yosemite National Park." This is language from the offer. It blacked out after May 15, 2011 until October 15 and expired April 15, 2012. I called three times to schedule before May 15 and each time was told that room was booked but for and extra $90 a night I could upgrade to a vacant room. A $180 upgrade for a $150 deal? Certificates Marked USED That Aren't

Livingsocial's customer service has been contacted three times regarding certificates that I've purchased that are showing as used when they in fact have not been used, one for VistaPrint and one for Red Envelope. I immediately get an automatic generated response stating things are being looked into, but not any actual resolution of my problem. At this point I want a refund, but my hopes of that are few.
