Would Like A REFUND PLEASE!

I downloaded this to help my computer and then my computer started going nuts and playing randon ads all at once and it wouldnt detect this the only way that i could get it to stop is to mute my sounds. However, this did not fix my problem! the only way it did was to restore my factory settings and when i did sparktrust was gone so ...now im not using it even though it didnt work anyway so i want my money back!!!...

I made a single trial payment of $1.99 to BF3H.COM (Which, keep in mind, was labelled as $1.95 on the website) who provided me with a VIRUS (which now is started up as "Form1" - clearly a .NET application - whenever I log into my account on my computer) instead of the software I was promised, and then I was charged an additional $29.95 for this virus subscription to be renewed without my authorization. (registered as *OPTIMIZ) I know I have bought some software from safecart.com in Feb. this year but I have never purchased anything since then. My first dealings with this company, the software would not authorized. I was emailed the activation code which did not work. Beware and read there web site, they automatically sign you up for additional software unless you read the fine print and reject the additional software you will be billed for this software also. On 25 July, 2013 I have cancelled my subscription renewal of Speedy pc pro and in fact received an unsubscribe confirmation email from your end. I googled: "How do I remove the en.v9.com browser hijacker" ? SparkTrust PC Clearner5 Plus claimed that it would remove this virus completely.
