Received email showing a friend of mine had forwarded -- ordered product and transaction was completed before showing price shipping etc -- tried to cancel but was informed that I could not -- sent product back and was told that it would be approx 30 days to get refund; called 3 times and was told there was a problem with crediting my account so they were going to send a check. Called today and number is not a "working number" -- shame on them!!...

I received a link to an ad from Garcinia Cambogia. The link was in a fake email from a friend's phone. When I clicked on it, I got an ad for Garcinia Cambogia, supposedly a weight-loss supplement. I tried to order just a trial but somehow it quickly jumped to an order that cost $187.00. It also included a subscription to something called Your Trim Trainer that cost $9.47 a month. i wanted to buy one bottle and i was charged for 5 additional bottles i couldn't go back to tell them i didn't want 5 i only wanted the one that they had for around 29 with free shipping. when i called phone number to tell them i only wanted one they said they couldn't change it had already went through.they said i could send back but would be charge 2.99 per bottle for shipping and 5.99 additional for each bottle.they were very rude. i feel they was just out for money not customer service....

I thought I was ordering a 30 day trial supply of garcinia pills to try. When I looked a little further I noticed something didn't look right with placing the order. So i backed out but the company charged me anyway. I called them they said they would give me a discount but would not refund my money. They also told me if I sent product back I would be charged 5.95 per bottle for restocking fee. I hope these people sleep good at night knowing they are ripping people off....

I ordered my free sample of diet pills, when it came to end of order I was billed for 148 dollars, I tried to email and cancel but my email kept failing, day after I rang them to be told it can't be cancelled but they will give me back £38, I was charged a trans fee of £2.60 and a purch fee of £1.50 what ever that is, I got £28.28 back today not £38 as I was told, then later today charged £1.91 insure ship? 0.05p trans fee? And £1.50 purch fee again I just don't understand this. How can they do...

I started using the green coffee pills after receiving them in June as they were late in delivery.
