Called direct tv to take advantage of a special they were offering with AAA. Took 3 people before 1 said they caould do it. Before being able to give me the discounted price I had to give ss# & credit card. After this was done she said that I would have to authorize the payment and would be given ti customer care for the discount. Naturally when she transferred me to customer care, they stated all discounts go through sales. So cancel this order and start all over. Finally got a price with discount, set day for install. Got auto call to confirm date --wrong date and we would be away. Called back and set new date and checked on the price --it was the original price without the discount. Cancelled everything. 5 hours wasted.
