Horrible Customer Service & Lies

Called to request extension until Friday 3/12 to pay bill. Representative put in system but not sure what happened because when I woke up, cable was off. Called them and they made it seem like they were going to help me, but didn't do anything but lie. They clearly saw notes from rep in system but wouldn't honor them, then said they couldn't turn it back on. Then they said because I'd had extension a couple months ago, couldn't have this one.

Spent an hour on phone messing with them. Even got transferred to the "back office". I cut my bill down sometime ago to about $116 and it has inched its way up to $140-150. Of course when I signed up, there was no contract but now I have one and it will run 180 to get rid of them. Will never do business with them again!!
