I have an overcharge of $8.00 on my bill, after reviewing my bill for 5-9 minutes and going back and forth the rep couldn’t find a reason. When I ask if it was possible to have it researched further without me sitting on hold for an hour or so, she said please hold of a minute and I will be right back. I was dumped back in the queue call system, talked to a new rep, and when asked for a mgr., to lodge a complaint have now been sitting on hold for over 19 minutes,
