Samsung clients and I have an urgent complaint - galaxy s4

Good morning, I bought galaxy s4 since last August and it is from UAE axiom outlet, and there is a problem happened to my phone last month flickering in my screen comes and goes, and it is under warranty of axiom. I reported this to axiom and they told me the warranty does not cover this problem although there is no break or even a scratch over my screen and they told me it fell down and this is not our responsibility, how that, this is a defect in the phone because there is not scratch on it, please give me a support to handle this problem
