Comcast Service - Cable TV, Phone, Internet
The complaint is that Comcast does not care AT ALL about its current customers. Specials are offered weekly for NEW customers - but NOT available to current ones. Their costs have skyrocketed - totally insane what they charge now even for basic services. Customer service really stinks they can care less if you are already a customer, they only want to talk to new customers. I asked to speak to a person's supervisor once and they told me that person was not available. They said I would get a return call, I never did. Everything about Comcast is the pits!!!!
