direct tv automated system unable to talk to rep re billing - direct tv

we have had service over a year. I signed up at Walmart and the rep went over the package and I picked a package less than 70 monthly. Every month it seems our bill is way over that amount. After further looking I realize they do not explain the separate monthly charges at purchase re extra receiver. Okay we accepted that our bill was going to be at least 30 more than planned. A month ago after realizing over and over they are saying we are way past due and I am paying 158 monthly I realized they have us getting a NFL package which it seems may be paid in payments I am not sure. I had talked to someone a month ago she said she could not help me with that but gave me two different numbers to call back. I tried for almost two hours yesterday just to talk to someone and it would not let me some of the numbers said only for purchasing. It was defaulting to the pay option because it says I am past due, would not let me explain. If I am wrong about something that is fine but I am very upset right now because I do not even have the best pkg and they charge me too much over and over. Its only two of us here and we did not order the NFL package yet cannot even file a complaint because the page on here goes to a list of commonly asked questions. If they can take our money they should do better than have 5-6 numbers out of service and have their reps give you wrong numbers. I will definitely explore other options at some point for service
