Comcast constantly hangs up - Cable and internet service
I had a scheduled appointment with COMCAST and had been speaking with them for four days, answering and returning calls. I told them from the beginning that my neighbor had cable worked on and my cable and internet went out around the same time. I spoke with them 20 minutes before the 3 hour window for my appointment closed, no problem. As soon as the time frame for my appointment ended COMCAST hung up on me at least 20 consecutive times. After verifying my account I would receive a recorded message stating my appoint had been missed and i was being transfered to a department manager and within a few seconds the call would end.....repeatedly. JUST ANSWER AND TELL US WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE. I went to COMCAST OFFICE and told them the problem with no help from them, didn't even ask my name to see if the could look at my account. Evidently the office can only take your money and hand out equipment. I finally got thru to someone by pretending to be a future new customer. SHE looked at my account and told me they were still coming but would be over 1 1/2 hours late. That was all I wanted to know! The guys call just before arriving and had my services up and running in a few short minutes, AND YES, MY ISSUE FOR THE PAST 4 DAYS WAS DUE TO WORK THAT COMCAST HAD DONE AT MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE. The men that came out and fixed my service and the lady that spoke to me that evening were very helpful and courteous and I SINCERELY THANK THEM !
