Direct TV awful customer service

Direct tv has the worst customer service. I originally got direct tv in Dec 2012. I was forced to miss work twice because the first technician they sent out installed the system wrong. It took three months to be credited for equipment they claimed I received which in reality I did not.

On two different occasions I( have been debited from my account twice in month for the same charges. No need to call customer service every person you reach tells you a different story so who knows when you get a refund. The worst part of it all is customer service reps are generally argumentative and one even told me well you are stuck for 2 years so get over it or you can BUY YOUR WAY OUT.
