worst customer Service evern and all i wanted was to pay my bill
I go out of town every three months for two month or more due to my job. So when DISH offered me to set my bill on auto pay i immediately say yes. The first couple of months everything was fine but then suddenly the auto pay stop thank fully i was in Arizona when that happened and we fixed the issue. Then i leave out of the state to a training and come back after three months and my services are Disconnected and i have a huge bill. I call them and made to different payments to get my services connected and was assured by a supervisor that this time auto pay would go thru so the next month i leave for 3 months and guess what i come back and the same story but know with a 500 Dollar bill.so i call and ask to speak with a supervisor and the representative was very nice and try to help but when he transfers me to the supervisor he immediately started talking to me very upset as if i was wasting his time. I started to explain to see if he could give me an explanation on why my auto pay did not go thru but instead he starts talking about why my bill is 500 dollars which i had not questioned. Then he started giving me warning stating that my tone of voice was not the right one and i needed to fix it or he would disconnect the call which he did. Of course I call back and ask for a different supervisor and kept on wait for 30 minutes. At this time I am already upset and called back and the same supervisor answer and said His name was JUDE he dare asked me "What is your Problem" also "what do you want with a supervisor" by this time i was forget about paying my bill tell me how much it is to get out of my contract wit DISH. 700 freaking dollars ugh but I will pay them to never deal with this people again. I will tell my friends, family members, colleagues in and out of state never to get this freaking services I already posted it on my Facebook, Twitter .and send emails to all my contacts. This has been the worst experience ever .
