Protection Plan doesn't cover service calls - DirecTV service

I having intemittent issues with DTV not showing video and audio going out. In July i got a new receiver, still issue existed so a tech came out. He said it was the tv. Now it's happening again so now DTV again says it's my tv and wants to charge me $49.95 for a tech to come out even though they say it's my tv.
