I recently just canceled my service with DirecTV , and let me tell you it was one of the happiest moments I have had dealing with them since I began using their services. They continually added premium packages to my bill that I did not want, or ask for, making my bill higher then the already ridiculous amount it comes to after the first year. They also upon signing up gave me the wrong package deal, then never changed it no matter how many times I called in. Dealing with their customer service is like talking to a brick wall, difficult to understand, and half the time they do not fix the problem anyways. I do not recommend DirecTV unless you have no problem paying hidden fees, and a ridiculous amount to watch just basic channels
