Awful service, never said in a contract

Customer service is awful, watch your bills they over charge you. When you sign up they fail to tell you that you're in a two year contract and it will cost you a whole lot of money to cancel. Plus the service is awful, tv has error messages all the time, on demand doesn't work. Don't do it
