unauthorized deductions out of my bank acct

Direct TV installed a dish back in 12/2012. Hooked up to my tv with cable and a 9" wire adapter. Had service for 6mths, had service temporary cut off until 2/2013. Paid 53.41 for a tech to come and re-hook up my service. Tech never showed up nor did I received credit, which was told I would get back if tech did not show up. I lost a whole days pay and tech didn't show up, said he was waiting on equipment on another job. I paid for viewing service until May 2014 and still never received credit...

I called to sign up for DirecTV and I was told that I can get a 2 year contract for $24.99. I asked the customer service rep. several times if $24.99 is the rate for 24 months and she confirmed that. I set up an appointment for installation. Same day I called again to see if they have an appointment for the next day. I was told that they do not have and I found out that the customer service rep misled me when she told me the rate is going to be $24.99 for the next 2 years....

I purchased a Samsung Gas range FX710BGS on November 26, 2013 at Lowes, however I didn't receive the appliance until mid December. I was renovating my kitchen. Hughesnet is the WORST internet survice I've ever delt with. The only reason we got Hughesnet was so we could pull through movies on the internet where we live. We were told when signing up for Hughesnet that we would be able to stream at least 25 movies off of the plan we got.
