Orbitz stole our money but lost our flight information

We did not receive our confirmation from orbitz about our flight, and after calling and waiting 40 minutes (they said the wait time was seven) I got the run around from an incompetent sales person who had no idea what to do. She kept trying to place us with a customer with the same name and send us to Washington DC. After repeatedly placing me on hold, my husband got through to Delta who could help. Horrible service. Won't be using again.
