We got great price, resort was good. We listen to 90-min presentation without any obligation to buy. This is positive.

The negative: one important thing to remember - if you go to vacation with friends, do not tell it representatives. We asked to be placed in rooms closed to each other, they immediately changes reservation our friends made and asked to pay $700 more. They do not support groups and their definition of group - people know each other (even they came from different places, on different flights, etc.) has terrible customer service.
