A terrible experience with no custormer service

My 16 years old daughter planned to take flight #918 of Jetblue from JFK to Bos on Jan 5. The flight was delayed for quite a few hours so we decided to change operator as she needed to be back in her boarding school on time.
She was in a queue at the JB counter in JFK trying to pull out her luggage. After helping other customers to pull back their luggage, the ground staff refused to retrieve my daughter"s luggage and told her to claim it once she arrived in Logan.
She followed every single instruction and claimed the luggage at JB counter in Logan. Your staff then told her it was the final operator AA that she should claim through. So she went to claim the luggage with AA.

4 days have gone and there is no sign of the luggage. We have been calling AA daily and they said they could not locate the luggage and waiting for JB to put it on the plane. We have called the JB hotline a few times. After waiting for hours, the staff told us that its was not their responsibility.

We have asked AA to leave a message to the JB office requesting to send the piece of luggage to Boston but there is no response from JB.

I personally wrote 2 emails via "Contact Us" in JB's website and they were not responded.

I am quite certain the piece of luggage is still in JB terminal in JFK but their staff are not helping to put it on the plane.
