I just booked an all inclusive to aruba through bjs travel. They booked it through one vendor (charging my credit card) cancelled then booked through another vendor. I was not made aware of this until I checked my banking statement. I called bjs travel and they will do nothing. The refund (for the originally booked trip) will take 5 business days and I have to wait. Meanwhile they have also charged me for the actual trip that was booked.
