Poor customer relations - JETBLUE AIRLINES
On a recent flight from Punta Cana to JFK, flight 268, 12/28, we purchased 3 extra legroom tickets, $45 per ticket. When boarding was called the gate attendants allowed anyone and everyone to swarm up to the plane. It was chaos. Since there was no jetway,(plane was parked on runway) passengers, in no order, ran to board. By the time we were able to board (obviously no priority boarding for us), half the plane was filled and the overhead space in our seating area was filled. We contacted JetBlue and requested a refund of $45 per seat, the price we paid for the extra legroom, priority boarding seat. Not unreasonable to request a refund for something we paid for and didn't receive. Response from JetBlue was " you got a seat"
