Golden Class Limo LLC

I reserved a car and they took my credit info. When the car arrived at the airport, it was dirty and an old model. Anyway, on our way to Manhattan, I told the driver I needed to make 1 stop. He said it wasn't a problem. When I arrived at my destination, the driver told me my total and I told him that the total he quoted was twice the amount I was told during the reservation. He called his dispatcher and said that the new total is the correct amount. I immediately called the company and asked to speak to the owner. The owner had a very strong accent, almost like a Middle Eastern accent. He kept telling me that with the added stop, my new total is twice as much. I asked him why is the total double. He just kept saying, in a VERY RUDE TONE, that this is the price and I must pay it. I told him I was only going to pay the original total plus an extra $10 for the added stop. He started yelling at me saying he will charge the credit card for his amount and I would have no choice in the matter. This guy was not only VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, but also a person who doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I will definitely never call this company again and I advise anyone else to call a different company. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A LIMO COMPANY!
