On a recent booking flight were scheduled on several airlines. The travel documentation was confusing in that there were different codes for the same airline for the same flight segment. Seat assignments were made through the airline, as this was a problem for CheapOair. The frequent flyer information for the different airlines was not recorded on the booking. A promised email clarification from CheapOair was never received. Flights went well with not other problems.
