AT & T
I was an AT & T customer for years simply because I love the I phone. The service got so bad however, I have been trying to switch over to Verizon. When my phone cracked right around the time my contract was up, I called At and T. I was transferred numerous times until they finally approved an upgrade. When I went to the Apple store to get my new phone, I was told I could only buy it at an At and T store. SInce their warranty wasn't nearly as good, I went to the At and T store downstairs from the Mac store to see if I could sort through the problem. The store representatives put on the phone with a manager, who transferred me to two other managers before denying me being able to buy the phone at the Apple store. I was so frustrated, I decided to switch to Verizon right then and there and pay a termination fee of 80 dollars. Before I did this however, I asked when my son's contract would expire (we were on the family plan) They told me May 1st. I marked it on my calendar and when I called today (May 1st) they told me his contract was not up until June of NEXT YEAR!!! I am furious and have no recourse but to pay two separate bills for over a year OR pay almost three hundred dollars in early termination fees. MADDENING and I will forever spread the word about how AT and T is the worst company ever.
