SAM'S CLUB ORDER TV FORM WEBSITE , CUSTOMER SERVICE - TV

Very bad customer service. We order a TV from sam'slub website and paid for shipping charge $ 75.00 order TV on 10/24/2012 and suppose to be deliver 7-10 days. Sam'S Club charge us on account but we still do not have TV we make 5 different phone calls to located TV and found out the Sam's Club hire a carrier to deliver TV located out site USA, in England. At the top of that they give us to call there a located the TV. So they just charge you and provide you with International carrier located in England to find out where is the TV and finally we after 5 phone calls some of the international we will get it some time after November 5, 2012. And Sam'sClub because we order it from them IT IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO , NOTHING FOR REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGES BECAUSE WE PAY EXTRA FOR DELIVERY ON TIME BUT 10 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DAY. iF YOU WANT TO PAID EXTRA FOR SHIPPING AND NOT GETTING YOUR STAFF ON TIME AND BE PROVIDED WITH INTERNATIONAL PHONE #
