Faulty Buggy - Babyweavers Buggy

I bought a buggy from Kiddicare.com and it quickly broke. I then had to wait a week for them to collect the item wait for them to fix it and then wait to have it delivered pretty much putting me without a buggy for my 10 month old daughter for two weeks. When I received the item back it pretty much done the same thing again once I tested it from coming out of the box when I took this up with Kiddicare I was told that the item was fine when it left them and that I would have to get it sent back again for them to look at it meaning that yet again I would be without a buggy for probably another two weeks not being able to do this I have had to go to Mothercare and buy another buggy I am really anger and upset that Kiddicare.com have pushed me to do this and will not be purchasing anything with them again go to Mothercare at least if something breaks you can bring it straight back in and speak to a human being and not be pawned off by an email.
